Accountability

I need some accountability, I have once again been avoiding everywhere that I would go to tell people how I am doing on my diet.  Josh and I went to England in September, and we did pretty good, we did a lot of walking so we maintained our weight loss.  However since we have come home, (over a month) I have not been able to get myself into my exercise routine again.  I have done it one or two times a week, but I am not back to eating properly either.  I also got a job as the office administrator at our church, working with my hubby 2 mornings a week (which is not much), but it throws off my routine.

I really need to get back into a good routine again, I am starting to creep up in weight again, about 5 lbs.  I thought it only fair that I come and be honest with you... again.

MIA

Ouch... I've been missing for so long.  I honestly never seem to reach the end of my list.  Between laundry and cleaning and everything else that needs to be done, as well as adding the exercise to my schedule.

This weekend is the 100th anniversary of our town, so we will head to a few things involving that.  Probably fireworks tonight, and there's a show and shine tonight.  Tomorrow there is a parade that the church has a float in, so our kids are going to be on the float.  I think there are also games for the kids tomorrow afternoon.  Sunday morning is a community church service, then we get to leave town to take Ben to camp.

It is really hot out today too, which is not my idea of fun.  Although I have to say that having lost weight the heat isn't nearly as bad as it used to be.

I am now down 47 lbs (21 kg), in total since I started my weight loss journey.  I still have a long way to go, but I can hardly wait to hit that 50 lb. mark, it just seems like a huge accomplishment.  I'm actually ahead of Josh, although he's almost at his goal, but he's down 43 lbs. total.  I am so glad that he's doing it with me, I could never do it on my own.

I'm so horrible

I've not been very consistent at all at blogging, despite my good thoughts.  Life just seems so busy lately, with all the things that I have to do for church, trying to exercise, keep house, the older two are in baseball 2 nights a week, and the list goes on...

I am down to 40 lbs. lost now, but I need to up my motivation again, because I've definitely slowed down.  My allergies have been driving me crazy for the past week, welcome to spring...
Rebekah has really gone downhill with the potty training, ever since she had her urine infection.  She will still go on the potty, but she doesn't wait anymore she will go in her pull up.  It's so frustrating, because she was pretty much trained.
We finally got our older two boys riding two wheelers, next our plan is to work with our 4 years old, then we'll only have one to teach to ride a bike.  It's great because we've been going for family bike rides.  Sam rides the bike with training wheels and Rebekah has a seat on the back of my bike.  Josh and I even rode our bikes the other night when we were invited out to a couples house to play rock band. Oohh... that game was fun, I'd really like to get it for our PS2.  We'll have to get the boys to save up birthday money for it.
